Parent, Player - Club Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the Parent/Player and Union Soccer Club.

The Parent/Player agrees to:

Become familiar with and uphold all GCSA and USC rules and regulations.
Maintain proper control of their children/player/self at all times.
Display good sportsmanship at all times.
Display proper conduct at all times.
Proper conduct does not include:
- Foul or derogatory language.
- Any negative comments to the referee unit.
- Any negative comments to ANY player.
Understand that the decision by the referee is final. Only procedural errors on the part of the referee, which definitely affect the game result, may be protested via the proper protest procedure after the game ends.
Direct any and all complaints, issues, concerns, etc., through a USC board member only.

It is understood that the penalty for non-compliance with this agreement will result in the immediate removal of the offending person from the USC complex at minimum with the potential for a lifetime ban as well as prosecution as allowed by Oklahoma and Federal law.

I have read and understand the above requirements and agree to abide by and uphold these requirements at all times while on Union Soccer Club property.

By registering a player, I have agreed to abide by the above rules.
